What This Means for You

For our Valued Customers:

Customers who have been enrolled in the ACP prior to February 7th, 2024, will maintain their ACP benefits until the exhaustion of program funding. In the event of program termination, we are committed to providing you with ample notice at least 30 days beforehand.

Rest assured, any existing ACP customers will receive a minimum of three notifications from us, detailing the conclusion of the ACP and its direct implications for you. Your continued satisfaction and well-being remain our utmost priority, and we are dedicated to keeping you informed every step of the way.

Attention New Potential ACP Customers:

Please note that February 7, 2024, at 11:59 pm ET, marked the final opportunity for eligible households to apply and enroll in the ACP. As of February 8, 2024, we are no longer accepting new enrollments.
